I've used many places and JJs is by far the best. They're always busy but have always managed to get me in when needed. Their staff is very friendly and trustworthy. In the few years I've been going there I truly feel they've gone above and beyond for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place is always honest and reliable! Jeff and John strive to give each customer the personal touch and do it for less. I have been a customer for over 10 years and they stand behind what they fix and go well above and beyond what is expected. They almost always have a loaner car available and have even given me a ride to and from home to get my vehicle. Great Team to work on your car!!! They have Big company ideas (news letters, coupons, savings books) while providing a small personal touch. They are also VERY active in supporting the local organizations! Just an overall GREAT place to have your vehicles worked on!
I would echo many of the reviews here, in that JJ’s Auto were professional, friendly, trustworthy – and HIGHLY recommended. Being stranded at my in-laws, 280 miles from home on Christmas Day, our choices for where to have my vehicle towed were limited – but I couldn’t have found a better place. JJ’s went above and beyond, in that they kindly strove to finish the repairs on my truck before my rental car was due back at GRB Airport, so I wouldn’t be further inconvenienced by having to make a third trip back to Seymour from the Cities. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care they took with my vehicle – and with me, for that matter!
